RAWALPINDI PEDOPHILE COUPLE SENTENCED TO LIFE AND DEATH (JANUARY 25, 2021)

            On this date, January 25, 2021, a Pakistani Couple from Rawalpindi, Pakistan were sentenced for the kidnapping and sexually assaulting 45 girls. Qasim Jahangir got the death penalty, while his wife, Kiran Jahangir was sentenced to life. He does not deserve to live and he should be hanged together with the Pakistani Paedophile, Sohail Ayaz.

Couple sentenced to death for sexually assaulting, filming 45 girls

Accused confess to sexually assaulting 45 girls, making inappropriate videos of at least 10 victims

RAWALPINDI:

A local court in Rawalpindi has sentenced a couple to life and death for kidnapping, sexually assaulting, blackmailing and also recording inappropriate videos of dozens of girls.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Jahangir Gondal on Monday awarded death sentence to Qasim Jahangir over rape and recording inappropriate videos while also announcing three-year imprisonment and a total of Rs2.5 million fine.

Convict’s wife Kiran Jahangir has been sentenced to life along with a fine of one million rupees.

The couple confessed to the sexual assault of 45 girls, taking their photographs and making inappropriate videos of at least 10 victims.

The case had gripped media attention for weeks in 2019 after a female student, who is also married, was abducted from outside Gordon College by a woman who pretended to be a fellow student.

The complainant had alleged that she was offered lift by a woman, who kidnapped her. The complainant had further alleged that the kidnapper woman and her husband had assaulted her and filmed the act.

Police had arrested the suspects and recovered dozens of porn videos of local women from their mobile phones, laptops and pen drives.

Kiran had told the victim that her ‘brother’ was coming to pick her in a while. After a few minutes, a man arrived in a grey car and the woman pushed the victim inside the vehicle and threatened her with a knife to silence her.

The student was taken to a house in Gulistan Colony where Qasim, the husband, allegedly raped her while Kiran, the wife, took pictures and recorded video of the crime. They threatened and blackmailed the victim by showing her sexually explicit video. She was dropped on Tipu Road later at night.

According to the complainant, the accused also admitted to have kidnapped several girls of ages 8-12 with the help of his wife and subjected them to similar heinous crime.

Police had also recovered photographs and video clips from the accused’s house.

The police official said that the couple had sold the videos and photos to an international porn website.

TWO brothers aged 19 and 21 have been sentenced to death for brutally murdering their former teacher in Belarus, the last country in Europe where execution is permitted.

The pair’s final hope of staying alive is to plead for clemency from strongman president Alexander Lukashenko - but he has already publicly branded them “scum”.

Stanislaw Kostsew, 19, and his brother Illya, 21, face being blindfolded and made to kneel then shot in the back of the head by a state executioner.

They were found guilty of stabbing teacher Natalya Kostritsa around 100 times before setting her house on fire.

Unusually, Lukashenko - who has dismissed international human rights criticism over the use of the death penalty - had revealed details of the case even before the guilty verdict.

The pair were exacting revenge for the teacher demanding that social services removed the children from the care of their sister - who Lukashenko branded an “asocial element”.

The Belarus ruler said in December: “Two scum - there's no other name for them since they have been previously convicted of assault - killed their teacher.

“For what? For protecting two of their sister's children?

He said: “They stabbed and cut her all through the night.

“They were killing her all night long.

“She begged, and in the end, they finished her off by dawn despite her pleas.”

The brothers were caught when the teacher’s stolen computer was found in their house.

They confessed stabbing her to death and throwing the knife into the local Sozh River.

In court, the pair pleaded for mercy, claiming they were drunk.

“I don’t know what went wrong,” said Illya.

“Maybe vodka acted like that. I still can’t explain why I killed her.”

Stanislaw - who said he was an accomplice - pleaded in court: ‘Give us a chance.”

But the victim’s mother Vera Gordievitch objected, demanding: “Who will return my daughter?”

More than 400 men have been executed in Belarus since the country became independent with the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Luksashenko has been in power since 1994.

The EU and various international organisations have urged Belarus to stop using the death penalty.

Two Guatemalan Pedophiles executed by firing squad (September 13, 1996)

             On this date, September 13, 1996, two men were executed in Guatemala by firing squad. They were sentenced to death for the kidnap, rape and murder of a four-year-old girl three years before. The execution was the first to take place in Guatemala in 13 years. It is good to see those paedophiles get what they deserve – death!

  

GUATEMALA: TWO MEN EXECUTED BY FIRING SQUAD

Roberto Girón Mendoza and Pedro Castillo were two Guatemalan men convicted of murder and executed, with their deaths by firing squad occurring on 13 September 1996. It was the first official firing squad execution in Guatemala since 1983. It was also the first execution to occur in Latin America, with the exception of Guyana and the Caribbean, in a span of over ten years.

The executions occurred outside of the Canada Penal Farm (Granja de Canadá), in Escuintla, Guatemala. The men had raped and murdered four-year-old Sonia Marisol Álvarez García on 19 April 1993. The execution was broadcast on live television.

The men survived the initial volleys of bullets, so after a doctor had confirmed they were alive a squad leader killed each man by firing a bullet into their heads. The resulting controversy caused the Guatemalan legislature to change the method of execution to lethal injection.

The two were sentenced to death for the kidnap, rape and murder of a four-year-old girl three years ago. The execution was the first to take place in Guatemala in 13 years.

Roberto Giron, 49, and Pedro Castillo Mendoza, 39, were sentenced to death for the murder of a four-year-old girl.

These men kidnapped, raped and then killed Sonia Marisol Alvarez on the 18 April 1993. Today (Friday) the execution took place at 12.00 G-M-T, in Canada prison, near Escuintla, 50 kms south of Guatemala City, after all appeals failed.

 The execution had been suspended twice before, following an appeal by the Inter- American Commission for Human Rights of the Organization of American States (O-A- S).

 The appeal was denied by Guatemalan Supreme Court. Guatemalan President, Alvaro Arzu, prevented another appeal by the American Human Rights Convention.

He also denied a late petition by Pope John Paul II. The last executions in the country happened in March 1983 during General Jose Efrain Rios Montt's government.
