EVA BRAUN (FEBRUARY 6, 1912 TO APRIL 30, 1945)

70 years ago on this date, April 29, 1945, at the Führerbunker: Adolf Hitler marries his long-time partner Eva Braun in a Berlin bunker and designates Admiral Karl Dönitz as his successor. Both Hitler and Braun commit suicide the following day.
